- HINDSON ANDREW - Insolvency
WHEREAS a Petition of Hindson Andrew. Heretofore of Skelton in Cleveland, in the County of York, Labourer, then of Skelton aforesaid, Common Carrier and now of Skelton aforesaid, Labourer, an insolvent debtor, having been filed in the County Court in Yorkshire, at Stokesley, and an interim order for protection from process having been given to the said Hindson Andrew, under the provisions of the Statutes in that case, made and provided , the said Hindson Andrew is herby required to appear before Alfred Septimus Dowling, Serjeant-at-Law, Judge of the said Court, on the 15th day of April instant, at eleven of the clock in the forenoon precisely, for his first examination touching his debts, estate and effects, and to be further dealt with according to the provisions of the said Statutes; and the choice of the creditors' assignees is to take place at the time so appointed. All persons indebted to the said Hindson Andrew, or that have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to Mr. John Page Sowerby, Registrar of the said Court, at his office, the Official Assignee of the estate and effects of the said insolvent.

Notice to all creditors following the death of Hindson Andrew. |

Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic., cap.35 (1859/1860)
Notice is hereby given, that all creditors and others having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Hindson Andrew, late of Straggleton, in the township of Newholm-cum-Dunsley, in the parish of Whitby, in the county of York, Farmer (who died on the 14th day of August 1889, and whose will, dated the 10th day of December 1888, was proved on the 19th day of September 1889, by Walter Herbert Septimus Pyman, Gentleman and John Young, Farmer, both of the township of Newholm-cum-Dunsley aforesaid, the executors therein named), are required to send in the particulars of their claims to us, the undersigned, Solicitors for the said executors, on or before the 18th day of January now next ensuing; at which time, or so soon after as may be convenient, the said executors will distribute the assets of the said testator among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have received notice. Dated this 5th day of December 1889.
