  	Hinderwell probably - There are no baptisms recorded in the Hinderwell register between 1670 & 1677, other than a very few in 1674.The Bishops Transcripts are also missing for the periods, 1670-1671 & 1673-1681 inclusive. So there are no register records existing for 1670 & 1671 and from 1673 to 1677 inclusive. His father left no Will when he died so his baptism is estimated and falls within the period of other births for this family. There is another William baptised in Kirkleathan in 1674. However, the Kikleatham Andrew's are a separate line altogether, proved by the fact that the respective father's of the respective William's, each baptise a child in 1672; Mary daughter of Thomas in Hinderwell and Jane daughter of Thomas in Kirkleatham. The only other William baptised in the area at this time, is William, son of Ralph in Ormesby, on 17th October 1665. However this William is buried three days later on 20th October. Therefore, on best evidence and through extensive searching, the conclusion is that William married to Ann Hodgeson in 1700 was baptised in Hinderwell, to this family.
